How can I order on your website and which payment methods do you accept?
Find the desired product and click on the "Add to Cart" button and then on "check out" button. Enter your shipping and billing information and we will ship your order as soon as possible! We accept Apple Pay and Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirming your order once you have placed it. You can click on the "View your order" link in the order confirmation email to check the status of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery of your order (please check your spam folder if you have not received the email). You can also visit our website at any time and click on the Order Status / Track Your Order page to view the current status of your order. 

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before shipped. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with order cancellations.
